Ordinary meetings shall be held at least once a month virtually.
Annual General Meeting
The PATISA Annual General Meeting shall be held at the anniversary month of the organization, on the date to be determined by the Exec. All active members shall be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting & shall be ne given a 14-days’ notice of the AGM.
The business of AGM shall be: receiving the annual organizational report from Chairperson, annual financial report from the Treasurer, election of new Executive / Management committee and consideration of any other matter necessary.
Special General Meeting
This may be called by the Management Committee or a total of at least 25% of membership to discuss urgent matters.
A 14-day notice for such meeting will be required and it is mandatory that all members attend and exercise their voting rights.
