DUTIES OF OFFICERS
President:
The duty of the President is to chair all meetings of the committee & represent the organization at various functions & meetings that the organization is invited to. Furthermore, he or she are expected to act as the spokesperson for the group when necessary to do so.
Director: Corporate (Finance, Administration, Membership)
The role of the Corporate Director is to prepare agendas, also to keep records & minutes for meetings of the EXCO.
Furthermore the director i also tasked with the following:
- All correspondence both digital & non-digital
- Keep an up-to-date membership list.
- Record keeping, collate and distribute relevant information withing the organization.
- Handle financial transactions of the organization, including collection of membership fees
- Supervise all financial activities of the organization.
